We offer three types of training:
- Skills training and/or awareness raising on working with interpreters and associated issues of communicating with CALD clients
- Cultural awareness for appreciation of the background, beliefs and practices of CALD clients, and the issues they raise for service delivery and client relations
- Cultural Familiarisation workshops on specific ethnic groups, e.g. Sudanese, Arabic, Vietnamese.
