We offer three types of training:

  1. Skills training and/or awareness raising on working with interpreters and associated issues of communicating with CALD clients

  2. Cultural awareness for appreciation of the background, beliefs and practices of CALD clients, and the issues they raise for service delivery and client relations

  3. Cultural Familiarisation workshops on specific ethnic groups, e.g. Sudanese, Arabic, Vietnamese.
