CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER
Ismail began his career in 1986 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Interpreting and Translation). In 1989 he started All Graduates. For 30 years he has championed the use of technology to innovate the language services industry; working smarter to create better outcomes. In conjunction with Vodafone and Blackberry he oversaw the development of a real-time phone booking system, enabling clients to receive booking confirmations within moments of listing jobs. He managed the in-house development of an online booking systems, a first in this industry. His was the first organisation to introduce high-definition, secure, video conferencing linked in to language services to both the commercial and medical industries. He has project managed the creation of smart-phone apps, databases and APIs in the pursuit of meeting clients’ language service needs.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Grace holds a B.Bus (Marketing) and has held several business-critical roles since 2008, including Key Client Representative for major clients in the Legal, Health, Education and Private sectors and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She has a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the business and manages detailed transition requirements through to full-scale implementation for high value major contracts and excels in stakeholder management. Grace also heads up the All Graduates Recruitment function, overseeing and managing the businesses 2000+ interpreter and translator workforce.
David has been working with all graduates for over 25 years, and has overseen the technological evolution of the company. From his first task migrating their physical filing into a software database, he has managed every update to their system. Under his guidance the in-house software has been built to handle the unique and varied requirements of the language services industry. Features include invoicing, reporting, APIs, third-party integration and a booking portal. David manages a distributed team of 4, liaises with external consultants and manages all IT and Telephony solutions that the business employs.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
With a background in development management, Ellias has overseen multi-building property development projects, retirement villages, helped agencies shift from local to cloud based infrastructure, and most recently has spearheaded the development of the LiME Multilingual Messaging system. His experiences stretch across every facet of project development, from concept and market analysis, to stakeholder engagement, design and delivery. He is passionate about identifying Best-Use scenarios, especially where solutions are non-traditional or involve disruptive technologies.
INTERPRETING DESK MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER
With her B.Accounting firmly in hand, Lily commenced at All Graduates in July 2007. She has worked extensively in the bookings and finance teams, and possesses exceptional knowledge and experience of both areas. In her current role she looks after the needs of both customers and interpreters. She is instrumental in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring the highest interpreting standard is adhered to and customer satisfaction is maximised.
HEAD OF TRAINING
Fatih is the head of training at All Graduates. He is also a lecturer in the Translating and Interpreting Program at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University where he also completed his Masters in Translation and Interpreting. He teaches both at Vocational and Higher Education levels and has delivered training in other states across the country for RMIT University and AUSIT. He is particularly interested in teaching interpreting skills as well as ethics and professionalism with a focus on providing non-language specific training via online Learning Management Systems. Fatih is also a NAATI certified interpreter and translator (Turkish-English) specialising in legal and healthcare interpreting.
