Information for Interpreters and Translators

Dear Interpreter,

All Graduates is aware of the developing concerns regarding the Novel Coronavirus from China and in effect, Interpreters undertaking current Onsite face-to-face interpreting work.

Effective immediately, any interpreters who meet the following criteria MUST NOT accept or undertake Onsite face-to-face interpreting work if any of the criteria applies to you:

  • Interpreters who are unwell and have returned form China in the past 14 days,
  • Interpreters who have been in Hubei Province of China in the past 14 days,
  • Interpreters who have had close contact with someone suspected or confirmed to be infected with Coronavirus.

If any of these apply to you, you will need to self-quarantine for 14 days from the date of arrival into Australia.

Please make contact with All Graduates on (03) 9605 3000 immediately if any of the above applies to you. You will need to return bookings so that All Graduates can re-allocate these bookings.

Once the 14 day self-quarantine has elapsed and you are ready to return to work, a medical certificate must be provided to All Graduates before attending any onsite face-to-face work.
